Position Summary

机会

Reporting to the Group Engineering Director, this position is key within the Senior Engineering Management team but will operate across the whole business. You will spearhead and grow a team of Programme and Project Managers, embedding a high performance, accountable and customer driven culture.

In this role you will manage and develop the RDLP (Rotork Development and Launch Process), engaging and collaborating with cross-business stakeholders to fulfil their role within the process. You will also play a core role in the development and review of product and technology strategy and roadmap development and delivery.
